Abstract
Guru merupakan barisan terdepan dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan pendidikan siswa yang berdampak pada kemajuan sekolah maupun organisasi pendikan yang lain. Pandemi Covid-19 membuat proses belajar mengajar harus dilakukan secara daring, sehingga dapat menimbulkan berbagai kendala yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, dilakukan wawancara terhadap lima responden yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan tiga faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada kinerja guru pada masa Pandemi adalah motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi pemimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode path analysis untuk melukiskan dan menguji model hubungan antar variabel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan teknik convenience sampling yang didistribusikan kepada 174 guru pada 12 Sekolah Dasar di Tangerang menggunakan Google form dan angket kertas. Indikator pada setiap variabel dibuat ke dalam berbagai bentuk pertanyaan dalam kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas Product Moment Person, uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, uji normalitas data, uji regresi Teknik Tabel Anova untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel, dan uji R-Square untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen dan dependen. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi pemimpin berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi guru, dan lingkungan kerja, motivasi guru, dan komunikasi pemimpin berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. / Teachers are the frontline in teaching and has the greatest influence in their students’ education, which can significantly impact the growth of their school or educational organization. The Covid-19 Pandemi forces the teaching process to be conducted online, which can create various problems that can affect teacher performance. To identify the variables that affects teacher performance, five respondents were chosen randomly to be interviewed. Interview result shows that three factors that has the most significant effect in teacher performance are motivation, work environment, and leader communication. This research uses path analysis to describe the model of relationship between variables. The research instrument used is questionnaire with convenience sampling. The questionnaire is distributed to 174 teacher of 12 elementary school in Tangerang using Google form and paper, where indicators in each variable is included as questions in the questionnaire. The data analysis conducted are validity testing using Product Moment Person, reliability analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha, normality testing, regression testing table Anova to identify the effect between variables, and R-square testing to identify the effect between dependent and independent variables. The result of data analysis shows that work environment and communication have positive effect on teacher motivation, and work environment, teacher motivation, and leader communication have positive effect on teacher performance.
