Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi di PT Megaindo Gemilang Lestari yang terletak di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggumpulkan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan dengan teknik convenience sampling kepada 69 karyawan PT MGL sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) yang berbasis varians menggunakan pemodelan jalur partial least square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kemudian kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan. Stres kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengaruh dari stres kerja terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi memberikan hasil yang positif dan signifikan, sedangkan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi memberikan hasil yang negatif dan signifikan. Komitmen organisasi memiliki efek mediasi parsial untuk stres kerja dan efek mediasi penuh untuk kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Sehingga ditemukan ada pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi di PT MGL. / The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress and work satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT Megaindo Gemilang Lestari located in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and collects data using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed using convenience sampling technique to 69 employees of PT MGL as the sample of this study. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) based on variance using partial least squares (PLS) path modeling. Based on the results of the study, it was found that work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Then work satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, while work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The effect of work stress on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment gave positive and significant results, while the effect of work satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment gave negative and significant results. Organizational commitment has a partial mediating effect for work stress and a full mediating effect for work satisfaction on turnover intention. So it was found that there was an effect of work stress and work satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment at PT MGL.
