The thesis is entitled "PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHT RIGHTS ON CONTENT ACCORDING TO LAW OF INDONESIA AND SOUTH KOREA", the Author want to compare the Copyright Law between Indonesia and South Korea. By using research methods with theory, the Author compare the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright with the Law of South Korea No.14634 concerning Copyright. Through this thesis, the Author hope that the content industry in Indonesia will develop based on the revised Copyright Law in the future. / Tesis ini berjudul “PERLINDUNGAN HAK CIPTA ATAS KONTEN MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG HAK CIPTA INDONESIA DAN KOREA SELATAN”, dimana Penulis ingin mengkaji perbandingan Undang-Undang Hak Cipta antara Indonesia dan Korea Selatan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitan dan teori, Penulis membandingkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta dengan Undang-Undang Korea Selatan No.14634 tentang Hak Cipta. Melalui tesis ini, Penulis berharap industri Konten di Indonesia berkembang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Hak Cipta yang direvisi pada masa depan.
