Abstract

Kebutuhan makanan setiap orang berbeda-beda tergantung pada kebutuhan yang diinginkan sehingga permintaan makanan terus mengalami permintaan yang besar. Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan pada produksi makanan yang cukup diminati dan disukai oleh masyarakat Indonesia adalah dendeng. Pada saat seperti ini kita ketahui banyak sekali yang terkena dari imbas pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat perhambatan ekonomi masyarakat selain itu diberlakukan PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat) yang membuat tempat destinasi wisata sepi tidak ada pengunjung. Solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi kondisi yang dihadapi adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang dendeng berbahan dasar nabati. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang-orang tentang dendeng yang tidak harus dari bahan baku hewani dan memberikan suatu ide bisnis UMKM untuk masyarakat Kampung Wisata Kranggan Kota Tangerang Selatan. Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) yang telah dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan dendeng nabati berbahan dasar jamur tiram kepada masyarakat Kampung Wisata Kranggan Kota Tangerang Selatan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan dan menambah pengetahuan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kreativitas masyarakat terkait dengan pembuatan dendeng dengan menggunakan bahan dasar nabati. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner terkait pelaksanaan PKM bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat merasa menambah pengetahuan terkait pembuatan dendeng dengan bahan dasar nabati jamur tiram. Kata Kunci: Dendeng, Nabati, Jamur Tiram / Everyone's food needs are different depending on the desired needs so that food demand continues to experience great demand. One form of management in food production that is quite in demand and favored by the people of Indonesia is beef jerky. At times like this, we know that there are many who have been affected by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has hampered the economy of the community, besides that PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) has made tourist attractions deserted and there are no visitors. The solution given to overcome the conditions faced is to provide counseling about vegetable-based beef jerky. This counseling aims to increase people's knowledge about beef jerky which does not have to be made from animal raw materials and provide an MSME business idea for the people of Kranggan Tourism Village, South Tangerang City. PKM activities that have been carried out with training on making vegetable jerky made from oyster mushrooms to the people of Kranggan Tourism Village, South Tangerang City are going well and according to the predetermined plan. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of the community to increase the ability and creativity of the community related to the manufacture of beef jerky using plant-based ingredients. The results based on a questionnaire related to the implementation of PKM that most people feel they have added knowledge related to making beef jerky with oyster mushroom vegetable base ingredients.Keywords : Jerky, Vegetable, Oyster Mushroom
