Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan rasa peduli terhadap masyarakat, kepedulian ini ditunjukan dengan memberikan ilmu serta keterampilan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) Membagikan pengetahuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa yang didapatkan dari Fakultas Pariwisata, Pengelolaan Perhotelan, Universitas Pelita Harapan kepada peserta, (2) Untuk mengenalkan dan mengajarkan masyarakat Desa Kranggan tentang manfaat dan cara mengolah buah tampoi dan kulit singkong, (3) Untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan kulit tampoi dan kulit singkong sebagai bahan dasar keripik. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendukung tujuan tersebut maka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan dibuat dalam bentuk workshop dengan memaparkan dan mempraktikkan cara pengolahan kulit tampoi dan kulit singkong. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Wisata Kranggan dan dapat dikembangkan di kemudian hari.

Community service is performed to increase concern for the public, it is shown by teaching and skill. The purpose of this community service activity is to (1) to share the knowledge that students obtained from the course at the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality Management, Pelita Harapan University to participants (2) to Intrroduce Kranggan Tourism Village members about the benefits and ways of processing tampoi fruits and cassava skin, (3) to provide training on the use of tampoi skin and cassava skin as a basic ingredients of chips to participants in the Kranggan Tourism Vilage. Thus, to support that goal, the Community Service activity will be created in a workshop by exposition and practice the processing of tampoi fruit and cassava skin to teach village members about preparing the tampoi fruit and cassava skin. Because of this activity, it is hoped that it will benefit the general population of the Kranggan Tourist illage and will be developed later on.
