Sustainability atau keberlanjutan menjadi faktor penting bagi semua perusahaan karena meningkatnya dampak-dampak negatif yang disebabkan perusahaanperusahaan tersebut pada lingkungan setiap tahunnya. Upaya untuk mengurangi dampak perusahaan terhadap lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan dipresentasikan melalui laporan keberlanjutan tahunan perusahaan atau biasa disebut dengan sustainability report. Industri hotel merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang peduli terhadap keberlanjutan dan memperhatikan dampak lingkungan dan sosial yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan mereka. Berdasarkan pokok permasalahan yang sudah dibuat, maka didapatkan tujuan penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui pendekatan manajemen dan best practices yang dilakukan oleh industri hotel dan juga untuk mengetahui hotel-hotel yang menyatakan bahwa laporan keberlanjutan yang dilaporkan berstandar GRI, sudah sesuai dengan standar GRI. Terdapat berbagai penilaian keberlanjutan yang berfungsi untuk memeriksa keberlanjutan perusahaan dari ukuran ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan, yang kemudian perusahaan tersebut akan mengukur dan melaporkan data yang mereka miliki kepada publik, investor, dan perusahaan itu sendiri. Teknik pengumpulan data Tinjauan Literatur (library research) dilakukan dengan membaca dan mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari banyak literatur yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa Radisson Group mendapat skor paling tinggi untuk topik kesehatan dan keamanan pelanggan dan energi, Hotel Accor mendapat skor paling tinggi untuk privasi pelanggan, pelatihan dan pendidikan, dan air dan efluen, dan Banyan Trees mendapatkan skor paling tinggi untuk keanekaragaman hayati dan emisi. Berdasarkan penilaian laporan keberlanjutan yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hotel Accor merupakan hotel yang paling baik dalam praktik berkelanjutan dibandingkan 9 hotel lain yang dianalisis. / Sustainability is an important factor for all companies because of the increasing negative impacts that these companies have on the environment every year. Based on the main problems that have been made, the research objectives are obtained, namely, to find out the managementapproach and best practices carried out by the hotel industry and also to find out which hotels state that the sustainability reports reported have GRI standards, are inaccordance with GRI standards. There are various sustainability assessments that function to examine the company's sustainability from economic, social, and environmental measures, which then the company will measure and report on their data to the public, investors, and the company itself. Literature review data collection techniques (library research) is done by reading and collecting data and information obtained from a lot of literature that was raised in this study. From the analysis conducted, it was found that Radisson Group scored the highest for the topics of customer health and safety and energy, Accor Hotels scored the highest for customer privacy, training and education, and water and effluents, and Banyan Treesreceived the highest score for diversity. biodiversity and emissions. Based on the assessment of the sustainability report that has been carried out, it can be concludedthat the Accor hotel is the best hotel in sustainable practice compared to the 9 otherhotels analyzed.
