Abstract
Because it employs millions of people and provides hundreds of billions of dollars to the global economy, the hotel business is critical to the tourism industry. Numerous new firms have emerged in recent years. In the years to come, technology will pervade every part of life, including the restaurant business. As a result, this is a phenomenon of technical progress in the service industry, necessitating the creation of a book summarizing the restaurant's voyage through the centuries, years, and technology eras, as technology is currently undergoing rapid development. The objectives of this book are to impart useful knowledge about trends and technology in the restaurant industry, as well as to serve as a reference textbook for Trend and Technology in Restaurant Service course subjects, as well as for individuals interested in learning about the restaurant industry's history and evolution.
