Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara job stress, job satisfaction dan kompensasi dengan turnover intention. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting yang dapat menentukan berkembangnya sebuah perusahaan, seperti perekrutan yang baik dan pelatihan. Hal tersebut tentu menimbulkan biaya bagi perusahaan, terutama apabila karyawan” “untuk menganalisa pengaruh” stres pekerja, “kepuasan kerja, dan” kompensasi “terhadap intensi turnover” “karyawan generasi milenial industri perbankan” Jakarta. “Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM”) pada 174 “responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan” stres “pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, dan” kompensasi “terhadap intensi turnover “ karyawan generasi milenial industri perbankan” Jakarta. “Sifat pengaruh yang diberikan” stres “pekerjaan terhadap Turnover Intention adalah positif, sedangkan sifat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepuasan kerja dan” kompensasi “adalah negatif. Artinya semakin rendah stress pekerjaan” karyawan, “maka intensi turnover juga akan semakin rendah dan berlaku sebaliknya. Sedangkan apabila kepuasan kerja meningkat dan juga” kompensasi “organisasi meningkat, maka” intenti “turnover akan menurun.”
