Abstract

Dalam Era Globalisasi saat ini, hampir semua sektor bisnis saat ini menggunakan teknologi dan internet yang tentunya mendukung jalannya bisnis mereka mulai dari berjualan online, digital marketing. Digital Marketing saat ini merupakan salah satu bentuk Marketing Strategy yang menjadi dasar seorang content Creator dalam membuat dan menciptakan sebuah konten. Untuk itulah diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas dan proses kerja Content Creator dalam mendukung strategi media sosial marketing PT Mitra Waluya. Content Creator mendukung strategi marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awareness PT Mitra Waluya melalui sebuah konten. Konten dibuat menggunakan teknologi dan disebarkan melalui internet. Content Creator membuat konten di media sosial Instagram dan Tiktok. Konten ini berisikan informasi dan Unique Selling Point dari produk yang dijual dan copywriting untuk menarik masyarakat membaca pesan yang disampaikan. Peran Content Creator penting untuk pemasaran secara digital agar penyebaran informasi lebih luas. Penyebaran ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEO (Search Engine Optimizing) yang berguna untuk meningkatkan traffic pengunjung. Konten yang menarik perhatian dan tingkat kunjungan konten banyak dapat membantu meningkatkan brand awareness serta penjualan produk perusahaan. / In the current Globalization Era, almost all business sectors currently use technology and the internet which of course supports the running of their business, starting from selling online, digital marketing. Digital Marketing is currently a form of Marketing Strategy that is the basis of a content creator in creating and creating content. For this reason, research is needed to find out how the activities and work processes of Content Creators support PT Mitra Waluya's social media marketing strategy. Content Creator supports marketing strategies to increase PT Mitra Waluya's brand awareness through content. Content is created using technology and distributed over the internet. Content Creator creates content on Instagram and Tiktok social media. This content contains information and Unique Selling Points of the products being sold and copywriting to attract people to read the message conveyed. The role of Content Creator is important for digital marketing to spread information more widely. This deployment is done by using SEO (Search Engine Optimizing) which is useful for increasing visitor traffic. Attractive content and high content traffic can help increase brand awareness and sales of company products.
