Abstract

Dalam dunia K-pop, terdapat tiga perusahaan terbesar yang sering dikenal sebagai ‘the big three’, yaitu SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, dan YG Entertainment. Setiap penyanyi atau grup terbaik dibawah naungan masing-masing perusahaan melakukan promosi, jumlah penjualan album fisik dan digital, serta jumlah investor perusahaan akan meningkat sehingga harga saham juga akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, pemodelan saham perusahaan dengan data kinerja perusahaan perlu dipertimbangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan harga, volatilitas, dan pengembalian saham ketiga perusahaan berdasarkan data jumlah penjualan album fisik dan digital, jumlah promosi, dan jumlah pencarian nama artis pada situs web dan Youtube dari tahun 2012-2017 dengan menggunakan metode Gamma Generalized Linear Models dan regresi linear. Analisis model dilakukan berdasarkan nilai Akaike Information Criterion, Mean Squared Error, Root Mean Square Error, Mean Absolute Error, dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error. Untuk perusahaan SM Entertainment, variabel yang signifikan terhadap saham perusahaan adalah jumlah penjualan album digital, serta jumlah pencarian nama artis di situs web dan Youtube. Kemudian, jumlah promosi sebanyak satu kali dan jumlah penjualan album digital (download) merupakan variabel yang signifikan terhadap saham perusahaan JYP Entertainment. Terakhir, untuk saham perusahaan YG Entertainment, semua variabel yang ada signifikan, kecuali jumlah streaming. / In K-Pop world, there are three biggest companies known as 'the big three', namely SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and YG Entertainment. If company’s best artist making comeback, total sales of physical and digital albums, and the number of investor will increase so that the stock price will also increase. Thus, a modeling of company shares needs to be considered. This study aims to model the price, volatility and return stock of the three companies based on data of total sales of physical and digital albums, total promotion and artist name search total on websites and Youtube from 2012-2017 using Gamma Generalized Linear Models method and linear regression. The analysis of model is based on the Akaike Information Criterion, Mean Squared Error, Root Mean Square Error, Mean Absolute Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error values. For SM Entertainment, the variables that are significant to the company stock are total sales of digital albums, and artist name search total on websites and Youtube. Then, one promotion in a month and total downloads are significant variables on JYP Entertainment’s stock. Lastly, for YG Entertainment shares, all variables are significant, except for total streams.
