The economy in Indonesia is experiencing a recession as the global economy is affected by the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, PT Pelayaran Dewi Indah Raya is experiencing a decline in shipment order; to outcome the situation, the company needs to find the practical and proper way to operate under uncertainty to reduce the risk and improve the company performance. The implementation of strategic management positively impacts the company's performance as the data shows increased employee retention, customer profitability, and product shelf opportunity. In this research, the Quantitative method is the research method and purposive sampling method for the sampling technique with 39 samples; the population will be the selected employees at PT Pelayaran Dewi Indah Raya. The hypothesis test of this research shown as t-count (9.628) > t-table (1.697), it can conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating Strategic Management have an influence on company Performance with Strategic Management have 71.5% influence on Company Performance. The research also passed the validity test, the reliability test, the normality test, the linearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. Based on the research, the recommendations for the company are to be more engaged with employees, find the causes of the slow problem solving by building strategy or team, form the IT department, and reviewing the marketing strategy./Perekonomian di Indonesia sedang mengalami resesi karena perekonomian global yang terkena dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang berlangsung, PT. Pelayaran Dewi Indah Raya juga turut mengalami penurunan pesanan pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen strategis terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT Pelayaran Dewi Indah Raya. Penerapan manajemen strategis memberikan dampak positif bagi kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan data yang menunjukkan peningkatan pada retensi karyawan, profitabilitas pelanggan dan peluang dari produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39 karyawan kantor di PT Pelayaran Dewi Indah Raya. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan t-hitung (9,628)> t-tabel (1,697), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang menunjukkan Manajemen Strategis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Manajemen Strategis sebesar 71,5% pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi bagi perusahaan adalah lebih banyak berhubungan dengan karyawan, mencari penyebab lambatnya pemecahan masalah dengan membangun strategi atau tim, membentuk departemen IT, dan mengkaji strategi pemasaran.
