Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze organizational culture and compensation influence toward employee performance in Bistronomix Medan.
The theory used in this study is related to the theory of hospitality, organizational culture, compensation and employee performance.
In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics V. 25. The writer used causal research. The sampling technique used is census sampling method. The population and sample amounted to 33 employees at Bistronomix Medan.
The result of hypothesis test, organizational culture and compensation have effect on employee performance, either partial and simultaneous. Furthermore, organizational culture and compensation have 60.5% effect on employee performance. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 1,265 + 0.848 X1 + 0.385 X2 + e.
The recommendation of this research is to improve the organizational culture and compensation that satisfy employees so as to have an impact on improving employee performance/Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bistronomix Medan.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori perhotelan, budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kuantitatif reseach desain dan IBM SPSS statistik V 25. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sampling. Populasi dan sampel diberi 33 karyawan di Bistronomix Medan.
Hasil dari tes hipotesis, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial dan simultan. Selain itu, kinerja karyawan memiliki 60,5% pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga melewati uji validitas, uji relabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan persamaan adalah Y = 1,265 + 0.848 X1 + 0.385 X2 + e.
Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah dengan memperbaiki budaya organisasi dan kompensasi yang memuaskan karyawan sehingga mempunyai dampak pada peningkatkan kinerja karyawan
