The Jakarta Islamic Index is one of the indexes used to measure the performance of the shares of companies that are included in sharia companies. This study aims to determine the impact of macroeconomic variables which include inflation rate, the money circulation, and the Dollar exchange rate toward Jakarta Islamic Index. The data collection method used is to collect monthly data from each of the variables studied from existing websites. The sample and population used were for 4 years or as many as 48 periods with time series data techniques. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS program version 25. The analysis used included the Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T-test, F-test, Coefficient of determination test (R2), and classical assumption test. The results of the T-test show that the impact of inflation rate variable, money circulation variable and the Dollar exchange rate variable partially has a significant impact toward Jakarta Islamic Index. The F-test test shows the impact of inflation rate, money circulation, and Dollar exchange rate simultaneously have a significant impact toward Jakarta Islamic Index with an impact of 73.9% with the remaining 26.1% influenced by other variations outside this model./ Jakarta Islamic Index merupakan salah satu indeks yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja saham-saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam perusahaan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi yang meliputi tingkat inflasi, Jumlah uang Beredar, dan kurs Dolar terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan data bulanan dari setiap variabel yang diteliti dari website-website yang ada. Sampel dan populasi yang digunakan adalah selama 4 tahun atau sebanyak 48 periode dengan teknik data time series. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi Uji Normalitas, Uji regresi linier berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F-test, Uji Koefisien determinasi (R2), dan Uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji T-test menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel inflasi, variabel jumlah uang beredar dan variabel kurs Dolar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX. Uji F-test menunjukkan pengaruh variabel inflasi, jumlah uang beredar, dan kurs Dolar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham JII dengan pengaruh sebesar 73,9% dengan sisanya sebesar 26,1% dipengaruhi oleh variasi lain di luar model ini.
