Abstract

The aim of this study was to : (1) To find out of the impact of the Debt to Equity (DER) towards Stock Prices of Consumer Goods Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017 to 2020; (2) To find out the impact of Return on Asset (ROA) towards Stock Prices of Consumer Goods Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017 to 2020; (3) To find out the impact of the Current Ratio towards Stock Prices of Consumer Goods Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017 to 2020; (4) To find out the simultaneous impact of Debt to Equity (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR) toward Stock Price of Consumer Goods Companies listed on IDX for the year 2017-2020. The quantitative method of analysis is used in conducting research since it focuses on interpreting research results in the form of numbers. During the 2017-2020 periods, a total of 75 samples were selected using the purposive sampling method after doing outlier for 29 samples. The results of this study indicate that (1) Debt to Equity Ratio has insignificant impact towards Stock Price, (2) Return on Asset has significant impact towards Stock Price, (3) Current Ratio has insignificant impact towards Stock Price, (4) Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Current Ratio simultaneously have significant impact toward Stock Price./ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity (DER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan Consumer Goods pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2017-2020; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham perusahaan Consumer Goods pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2017-2020; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio terhadap harga saham perusahaan Consumer Goods pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2020; (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan Debt to Equity (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Consumer Goods di BEI tahun 2017-2020. Metode analisis kuantitatif digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian karena menitikberatkan pada penafsiran hasil penelitian berupa angka-angka. Selama periode 2017-2020, sebanyak 75 sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling setelah dilakukan outlier sebanyak 29 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, (2) Return on Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, (3) Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, (4) Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Current Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
