The stock price is very important factor that must be considered by the investors in doing an investment because the stock price reflects the company’s value and achievement. There is no specific formula to calculate the stock price exactly. Stock prices tend to be unstable. Therefore, stock price will be very interesting as a dependent variable in this research since it is hard to be predicted.The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Capital Structure to Stock Price. The population of this research is consumer goods industries sub sector food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during period of 2017 to 2020. Based on purposive sampling method, the total obtained samples are 27 companies and after the selecting process a sample acquired 52 companies. This result of this research indicate that profitability has significant effect on stock price, liquidity has significant effect on stock price and capital structure do not significant effect to stock price./Harga saham merupakan faktor yang sangat penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh investor dalam melakukan investasi karena harga saham mencerminkan nilai dan prestasi perusahaan. Tidak ada rumus khusus untuk menghitung harga saham secara tepat. Harga saham cenderung tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, harga saham akan sangat menarik sebagai variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini karena sulit untuk diprediksi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Struktur Modal terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor industri barang konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 27 perusahaan dan setelah dilakukan pemilihan sampel mengakuisisi 52 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
