Abstract

Currently, the use of technology to support the dissemination of information has been very developed, for example, a school profile website, the website is not only used to disseminate information related to school profiles and the latest information about schools. Jayanti Buddhist School in socializing and providing school information is still done manually (brochures, pamphlets, and banners). This school actively interacts with the wider community by explaining school profiles, student data, teacher data, and lesson schedule information. This research intends to analyze the function of an information system web that can provide information to the public related to the Jayanti Buddhist School and find out the web-based school information system at jayanti Buddhist School is already well underway.The website will include several sections, including homepages, introductions, facilities, contact information, and events. A website is a data processing system that students and parents can access over the internet. In addition, the Website can be used to effectively convey public school information to the general public/Saat ini pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung penyebaran informasi sudah sangat berkembang, seperti website profil sekolah yang tidak hanya digunakan untuk menyebarluaskan informasi terkait profil sekolah dan informasi terkini tentang sekolah. Sekolah Buddhis Jayanti dalam sosialiasi dan memberikan informasi sekolah masih dilakukan secara manual (brosur, pamphlet, dan spanduk). Dengan menginterpretasikan profil sekolah, fasilitas sekolah, dan informasi terkini tentang sekolah, sekolah secara aktif terhubung dengan masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis fungsi sebuah web sistem informasi yang bisa memberikan informasi kepada publik terkait Sekolah Buddhis Jayanti dan mengetahui sistem informasi sekolah berbasis web pada Sekolah Buddhis Jayanti sudah berjalan dengan baik. Website ini akan mencakup beberapa bagian, termasuk homepage, perkenalan, fasilitas, informasi kontak, dan acara. Website adalah sistem pemrosesan data yang dapat diakses siswa dan orang tua melalui internet. Selain itu, Website dapat digunakan untuk secara efektif menyampaikan informasi sekolah umum kepada masyarakat umum.
