The background of this research is to identify how legal protection against cases of used antigen consumers by PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika Officers. Unfortunately, the need for RT-PCR test or rapid antigen test this pandemic, by irresponsible people for personal gain by using used antigen test equipment. So, whether the grandson of state-owned enterprises must implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in its operations? and what is the legal action that can be used by the victim to get justice? In this study, the research method used was normative-empirical, using secondary data obtained through library research. From the results of this research, PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika is not obliged to implement GCG because it is not a state-owned enterprise but its operations follow and implement GCG guidelines to synergize the activities of the group company. The company and directors who organize the health service are responsible for the losses suffered by victims for neglect to apply the principle of accountability in the good corporate governance guidelines. Victims can also take legal action to hold the company accountable.
