Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit tidak sama. Ada beberapa prosedur yang perlu penyesuaian untuk memutus rantai penularan COVID-19. Pelayanan Rumah Sakit sangat kompleks, karena tidak hanya dari dokter dan perawat. Keterlibatan non medis juga mempengaruhi patient satisfaction dan keluarga. Maka perlu adanya penelitian yang khusus yang membahas keseluruhan jenis service quality pasien di masa pandemi dan sebelum pandemi. Penulis mengharapkan dengan penelitian pada Tesis yang berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Physical Infrastructure Quality, Provider-Patient Interactional Quality, Administrative Quality, Medical Care Quality, Nursing Care Quality terhadap Patient Satisfaction dan Patient Behavioral Consent pada Pasien Sebelum dan Sesudah Pandemi Covid-19 RSU Kartini Mojokerto”, dapat mengamati penilaian perubahan pelayanan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membuat RSU Kartini dapat bercermin dan melakukan perubahan yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner Jumlah sample sebanyak 64 ditentukan kriteria inklusi pasien yakni: Pria dan wanita yang merupakan pasien sedang rawat inap, 18-60 tahun, sudah pernah rawat inap di RSU Kartini sebelum pandemi (Sebelum Maret 2020) atau saat pandemic Hasil dari penilitian yakni nilai keseluruhan model penelitian ini, tampak hubungan variabel PIQ, PPIQ AQ, NCQ dan MCQ sebelum dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai korelasi lebih besar daripada angka kritis, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis diterima.. Hasil uji deskriptif Physical Infrastructure Quality, Provider-Patient Interactional Quality, Administrative Quality, Medical Care Quality, Nursing Care Quality, Patient Satisfaction dan Patient Behavioral Consent Sebelum dan Selama Masa Pandemi termasuk dalam kategori baik. Pada koefisien korelasi (R) dan koefisien determinasi (R2) Data Sebelum Masa Pandemi. sumbangan pengaruh variabel PIQ, PPIQ, AQ, MCQ, dan NCQ terhadap variabel terikat PS sebesar 94.3, sedangkan Presentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel PS terhadap variabel terikat PBC sebesar 93.3%. Hasil Uji Independent Sample T-Test (Uji Beda) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat variabel physical infrastructure quality, provider-patient interactional quality, medical care quality, nursing care quality, patient satisfaction, dan patient behavioral consentberdasarkan periode rawat inap pasien sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19.
