Abstract

Recording information on sales and purchases transactions is a part that can not be separated from business activities. This information should be recorded and stored as historical financial information. Recording a historical financial information is critical for all business sizes. Skenoo is a family business that is engaged in the automotive sector as a distributor and final seller of motorcycle tires. Currently, Skenoo business is growing by selling motorcycle spare parts, selling car tires, and other automotive needs. To face this development, keeping a good record is an important thing to achieve its business objectives. Increased stock of goods requires careful logging to produce good accounting and management reports. This study discusses the design system for accounting recording on Skenoo business that supports accounting managerial and prediction on stock of goods calculation that are useful for decision making, which at the time of this study is written, still done manually. The results of this study provide convenience in recording inventory Skenoo goods based on sales and purchase transactions. The financial statements, which has never been created before, can be created automatically./ Pencatatan informasi transaksi jual beli merupakan bagian yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kegiatan usaha. Informasi ini perlu dicatat dan disimpan sebagai informasi keuangan yang bersifat historis. Pencatatan informasi keuangan perlu dilakukan untuk semua ukuran usaha. Skenoo merupakan usaha keluarga yang masih berumur cukup muda yang bergerak di bidang otomotif sebagai distributor dan penjual akhir ban motor. Saat ini usaha Skenoo berkembang menjual spare part motor, ban mobil, dan beragam kebutuhan otomotif lainnya. Menghadapi perkembangan ini, pencatatan yang baik adalah sebuah hal yang penting untuk mencapai tujuan usahanya. Bertambahnya stok barang membutuhkan pencatatan yang teliti untuk dapat menghasilkan laporan akuntansi dan manajemen yang baik. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem rancangan untuk pencatatan akuntansi pada usaha Skenoo yang mendukung perhitungan manajerial akuntansi dan prediksi stok barang yang berguna sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan stok barang yang mana saat laporan penelitian ini ditulis, masih dilakukan secara manual. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kemudahan dalam pencatatan stok barang Skenoo berdasarkan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian. Laporan keuangan yang belum ada sebelumnya dapat dibuat secara otomatis.
