Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari budaya organisasi terhadap
organizational citizenship behavior, khususnya pada karyawa perusahaan startup. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling convenience sampling. Responden
penelitian ini berjumlah 135 responden karyawan startup. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur
Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS) untuk melihat gambaran budaya organisasi,
dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist (OCB-C) untuk melihat OCB karyawan.
Hasil analisis data dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari budaya
organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan startup, dengan
kontribusi efektif sebesar 10.2% (R² = .102, p < .001). Hal ini mengartikan bahwa hipotesis satu
penelitian ini diterima dan hipotesis null ditolak. / This research aims to look at the influence of organizational culture on
organizational citizenship behavior, especially on startup companies. This research is a
quantitative study, using convenience sampling technique. Respondents to this study amounted
to 135 respondents to startup employees. This study used the Denison Organizational Culture
Survey (DOCS) measuring tool to look at the organizational culture of the company and the
Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist (OCB-C) to look the OCB of the employees. The
result of this research is that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on
organizational citizenship behavior in startup employees (R² = .102, p < .001). This means that
the hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.
