Abstract
A lot of business field today makes the competition between businesses is getting tougher for example competition between restaurant. Today’s restaurant are focused on competing about the taste of food, and some of them are forgot that services is also important to attract the customers. One example is the availability the table and menu the customers wants. Not only that, giving reward to loyal customer will increase customer satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this research is to assist customers and restaurant owner with online reservation system. Especially help customer to make reservation and order food more easier by online. Restaurant can attract customer by giving reward, because the restaurant owner has the data of each customer. The result of this research Online Reservation System and Customer Relation Management of Restaurant 3 Wise Monkeys is that make customer feel helped because customer can pick their favorite table and order their favorite food first. The customer are interested to come back again with a reward program for loyal customer. The advantage for the owner is to know how many member are join in reservation online, what is customer favorite menu, and restaurant peak hour./ Banyaknya bidang usaha saat ini membuat persaingan antar usaha semakin ketat, salah satunya persaingan antar restoran. Restoran saat ini terlalu fokus dalam bersaing tentang rasa makanan, tetapi mereka lupa bahwa pelayanan juga menjadi hal penting untuk dapat menarik minat pelanggan. Salah satu contoh yang berpengaruh mengenai pelayanan kepada pelanggan adalah ketersediaan meja dan menu makanan yang diinginkan pelanggan Selain itu memberikan hadiah kepada pelanggan yang loyal akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pelanggan dan pemilik restoran dengan adanya sistem reservasi online. Terutama membantu pelanggan agar lebih dimudahkan untuk memesan meja dan makanan secara online. Restoran dapat menarik minat pelanggan dengan memberikan promo yang banyak diikuti pelanggan, karena pemilik restoran memiliki data setiap pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Sistem Reservasi Online dan Customer Relation Management Restoran 3 Wise Monkeys yaitu pelanggan akan merasa terbantu karena dapat melakukan pemilihan tempat duduk dan menu makanan sebelum pelanggan tiba di lokasi restoran. Pelanggan tertarik untuk kembali lagi dengan adanya program berhadiah bagi pelanggan yang sudah melakukan resercasi secara online. Keuntungan bagi pemilik restoran adalah dapat mengetahui berapa banyak pelanggan yang sudah menjadi anggota, menu apa saja yang sering dipesan oleh pelanggan, dan jam sibuk restoran.
