Abstract

These things need to be considered so that excessive damage can be prevented. The solution is to build construction with sustainable and green systems such as tiny house design. The research through the Tiny House Sidardjo case study was conducted to discuss the uniqueness of green tiny house that pays attention to the sustainability of materials on the exterior and interior elements. The research methods is a case study on the use of sustainable materials and their adjustment to the MRC (Material and Resources Cycle) points from greenship house parameters and the 6 of Kishani sustainability principles. The classification of sustainable and green materials from the MRC points is then analyzed with the sustainability principle to see their impact on the environment and users. The results of Tiny House Sidoardjo's material research through MRC greenship homes show that the use of local materials and green materials is the most widely used type of material, while analysis with sustainable principles shows that at least one of the sustainable principles must be in accordance with the idea of sustainable materials from the MRC points on greenship homes parameter.
