Abstract
Dengan terus meningkatnya populasi manusia maka kebutuhan akan sumber daya alam pun terus meningkat dan menjadi semakin terbatas, hal ini menyebabkan isu waste energy. Oleh karena itu, Tiny House dirancang dengan lima sistem teknologi berkelanjutan yaitu sistem teknologi untuk konstruksi bangunan, konservasi air, pencahayaan, penghawaan, serta smart house dan furniture. Sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, saat ini yang paling berpengaruh adalah generasi milenial, maka dari itu akan dimulai dari mereka. Sistem teknologi ini yang akan memfasilitasi kaum milenial untuk beraktivitas hingga memiliki pengalaman tinggal yang berbeda daripada rumah tinggal umumnya, yaitu dengan menerapkan gaya hidup berkelanjutan sehingga bisa mengurangi isu waste energy dengan cara mengurangi konsumsi energi dan limbah. / The increasing of human population cause needs for natural resources continues to increase then become limited, this causes the issue of waste energy. Therefore, Tiny House is designed with five sustainable technology systems, technology systems for building construction, water conservation, lighting, ventilation, as well as smart houses and furniture. In accordance with the times, currently the most influential are the millennial generation, therefore this will start with them. This technological system will facilitate millennials to do their activities so that they can have a different living experience more than a normal homes, by implementing a sustainable lifestyle so that they can reduce waste energy issues by reducing energy consumption and waste.
