The aim of this research is to know the effect of agency cost, company size, profitability, financial leverage, and growth rate towards dividend policy. Population in this research is company listed in index Kompas 100 in the period of 2010-2015. Totally there are 61 companies which are selected using purposive sampling method, so the total observation is 366 companies. This research used logistic regression for analyzing data with 3 stages of testing: maximum likelihood, measure of fit, and hypothesis tests. The result of this test at level significance 5%, variable profitability and company size have an significance effect to dividend policy. While variable agency cost, financial leverage, and growth rate don’t have an effect towards dividend policy. Future research expected can add more variable like retained earnings, the level of free cash flow, company age.
