Abstract

The hospitality industry in Bali is one of the businesses that have the potential to be developed. One way to develop this industry sector is to increase customer satisfaction to come and stay in hotels in Bali. The company should consider all aspects related to dealing with all employees to achieve job satisfaction and thus contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the attitude of the employees in tjie hospitality industry to the place to work and its relationship with Job Satisfaction, Task Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior toward individual (OCBI). This study will show how the workplace fun can drive business performance. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques, with primary data collection techniques using questionnaires and secondary data from literature data and websites that support research. The population is all employees working under the group Oasis Hotel Management in Bali, while the sample amounted to 125 employees Oasis Hotel Management who work at Oasis Lagoon Sanur, Kuta Rhadana Hotel and Hotel Oasis Tanjung Benoa. Sampling was done by sampling technique convenient sampling. The results of this study indicate that foe Attitude Toward Workplace Fun positively affect Experienced Workplace Fun. And for employees with Experienced Workplace Fun positively and directly affect the Job Satisfaction, Task Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior toward individual. / Industri perhotelan di pulau Bali merupakan salah satu jenis usaha yang berpotensi untuk teras dikembangkan. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan sektor industri ini adalah dengan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang datang dan menginap di hotel-hotel di Bali. Pihak perusahaan diharuskan memperhatikan sehiruh aspek yang berhubungan yang berhubungan dengan seluruh kaiyawan demi tercapainya kepuasan keija sehingga memberikan kontribusi bagi tercapainya kepuasan pelanggan. Penehtian ini bertujuan untuk menehti sikap karyawan pada industri perhotelan teihadap tempat keija yang menyenangkan dan hubungannya dengan kepuasan kerja, kinerja tugas dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior toward individual (OCBI). Studi ini akan menunjukan tempat keija yang menyenangkan (fun) dapat mendorong performa bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik anahsa deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari data kepustakaan dan website-website yang mendukung penelitian. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekeija dibawah kelompok Oasis Hotel Management di Pulau Bali, sedangkan sampelnya beijiunlah 125 karyawan Oasis Hotel Management yang bekeija di Oasis Lagoon Sanur, Hotel Rhadana Kuta dan Hotel Oasis Tanjung Benoa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling convenient sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Attitude Toward Workplace Fun secara positif mempengaruhi Experienced Workplace Fun. Dan bagi kaiyawan dengan Expereinced Workplace Fun secara positif dan langsung mempengaruhi Job Satisfaction, Task Performance dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior toward individual.
