Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menelusuri apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif PT Jaya Makmur melalui single case study, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi tidak langsung, dan field notes. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan pemimpin, karyawan, dan juga konsumen. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah mini-model theory yang akan berisikan tentang faktor-faktor apa saja yang berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan keunggulan kompetitif PT Jaya Makmur supaya bisa bertahan di masa pandemi COVID-19.
