Abstract
Restoran Bali Blessing merupakan restoran dan tempat rekreasi keluarga bertemakan nuansa bali yang berada di Kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara. Bisnis keluarga yang didirikan pada tahun 2017 dengan pemilik yang berkeyakinan Kristen dan menganut Budaya Tionghoa. Saat ini Restoran Bali Blessing mengalami penurunan pendapatan dan juga persaingan karena pandemi COVID-19. Di dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui keunggulan kompetitif Restoran Bali Blessing selama COVID-19 dan apa yang membuat Restoran Bali Blessing dapat bertahan selama krisis ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi kasus tunggal dengan melibatkan wawancara, observasi dan juga catatan lapangan kepada pemilik, karyawan dan pelanggan. Sehingga didapatkan Mini-Model teori yang membantu pemilik dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya dan juga strategi apa yang dapat digunakan untuk dapat mempertahankan bisnis ini selama krisis pandemi COVID-19, Pada penelitian ini pemilik harus lebih memperhatikan terhadap faktor Ekspansi karena faktor ini muncul di perspektif yang berbeda di dalam Mini-Model teori/Bali Blessing Restaurant is a restaurant and family recreation area with a Balinese theme, located in Baubau city, Southeast Sulawesi. Family business founded in 2017 with owner who is Christian and adheres to Chinese culture. Currently, Bali Blessing Restaurant is experiencing a degradation in revenue and competition due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, researchers want to know the competitive advantage of Bali Blessing Restaurant during COVID-19 and what makes Bali Blessing Restaurant able to survive during this crisis. This study uses a single case study involving interviews, observations and field notes to pemiliks, employees, and customers. So that we get a theoretical Mini-Model that helps pemiliks increase their competitive advantage and what strategies can be used to be able to maintain the business during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, in this study, the pemilik should pay more attention to the expansion factor because this factor appears in a different perspective in the Mini-Model theory.
