Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini ditentukan oleh beberapa variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yaitu pelatihan, kompensasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausalitas dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan instrument analisis data SEM-PLS. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. XYZ di Gresik yang berjumlah 130 orang. Penentuan teknik sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Isaac and Michael. Pengambilan data dari penelitian ini yaitu pengambilan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert kepada karyawan tetap PT. XYZ di Gresik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan / This purpose of this study is to determine what factors can affect employee performance. This study is determined by several variables that can affect employee performance, namely training, compensation, motivation, and work discipline. This study used a causal research design and hypothesis testing was carried out with the SEM-PLS data analysis instrument. The population of this study are permanent employees of PT. XYZ in Gresik which opened 130 people. Determination of the sampling technique using purposive sampling using the formula Isaac and Michael. Collecting data from this research, namely primary data collection by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to permanent employees of PT. XYZ in Gresik. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the compensation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. employee.
