Abstract

Latar Belakang : Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan yang persebarannya sangat signifikan hingga World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan COVID-19 sebagai pandemi dunia. Mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air setidaknya selama 20 detik atau penggunaan pembersih tangan berbasis alkohol merupakan langkah sederhana yang dapat dilakukan sebagai proteksi dini terhadap diri sendiri. Pada petugas Kesehatan, praktik kebersihan tangan harus diterapkan pada lima momen. Sebelum menyentuh pasien, sebelum melakukan prosedur, setelah terpajan cairan tubuh pasien, setelah menyentuh pasien, setelah menyentuh lingkungan pasien.Tindakan lima momen ini dapat mengurangi risiko infeksi nosokomial COVID-19. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan perilaku mencuci tangan Mahasiswa/I Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan tingkat kepanitraan klinik di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Metodologi Penelitian : Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan menggunakan studi potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 responden dari Mahasiswa/I Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan Tingkat Kepanitraan Klinik dari bulan Januari hingga April 2022. Pengambilan data akan dilakukan dengan mengisi kuisioner WHO melalui google form dan wawancara langsung. Lalu, data akan dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel SPSS 26. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini, Gambaran pengetahuan yang dilihat menggunakan media google form dari 49 responden, 30 responden (61,20%) pengetahuan baik, 14 responden (28,60%) pengetahuan sedang, dan 5 responden (10,20%) pengetahuan buruk. Sedangkan, dengan metode wawancara dari 49 responden lainnya didapatkan hasil 17 responden (34,70%) pengetahuan baik, 23 responden (46,90%) pengetahuan sedang, dan 9 responden (18,40%) pengetahuan buruk. Gambaran praktik menjaga kebersihan tangan dalam lima momen yang dinilai menggunakan media google form sebanyak 49 responden didapatkan hasil 37 responden (75,50%) perilaku baik, 9 responden (18,40%) perilaku kurang baik, dan 3 responden (6,10%) memiliki perilaku buruk. Sedangkan, dengan metode wawancara dari 49 responden lainnya didapatkan hasil 32 responden (65,30%) perilaku baik, 9 responden (18,40%) perilaku kurang baik, dan 8 responden (16,30%) perilaku buruk dalam menerapkan five moment hand hygiene selama berada di Rumah Sakit. Kesimpulan : Pada 98 responden terdapat (48,0%) pengetahuan baik, (37,70%) pengetahuan sedang, dan (14,30%) pengetahuan buruk. Praktik kebersihan tangan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa/I tingkat kepaniteraan umum dalam lima momen, (70,40%) dengan pelaksanaan yang baik, (18,40%) kurang baik, dan (11,20%) yang buruk dalam melaksanakan five moment hand hygiene di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Dalam penggunaan dua metode pengambilan sampel, google form dan wawancara langsung didapatkan hasil pengetahuan dan perilaku terhadap praktik menjaga kebersihan tangan lebih baik pada penggunaan google form jika dibandingkan dengan pengambilan sampel dengan wawancara langsung. Kata Kunci : Pandemi Corona Virus Disease-19, Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Infeksi nosokomial./ Background : Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) is a respiratory tract infection whose distribution is very significant until the World Health Organization (WHO) declares COVID-19 as a world pandemic. Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer are simple steps you can take to protect yourself early. For health workers, handwashing behavior must be applied five times. Before touching a patient, before performing a procedure, after being exposed to a patient's body fluids, after touching a patient, after touching the patient's surroundings. This five-moment action can reduce the risk of nosocomial infections. Objective : This study was conducted to find out the description of behavior related to handwashing knowledge of students of the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University at the clinical clerkship level at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology : This research will be conducted using a cross-sectional study with a sample of 98 respondents from students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pelita Harapan, at the Clinical clerkship level from January to March 2022. Data collection will be done by filling out the WHO questionnaire through the google form and live interview. Then, the data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel SPSS 26. Result : In this study, the description of knowledge seen using google form media from 49 respondents, 30 respondents (61.20%) had good knowledge, 14 respondents (28.60%) had moderate knowledge, and 5 respondents (10.20%) had poor knowledge. Meanwhile, with the interview method from 49 other respondents, 17 respondents (34.70%) had good knowledge, 23 respondents (46.90%) had moderate knowledge, and 9 respondents (18.40%) had poor knowledge. The description of the practice of maintaining hand hygiene in five moments assessed using the google form media as many as 49 respondents obtained the results of 37 respondents (75.50%) good behavior, 9 respondents (18.40%) bad behavior, and 3 respondents (6.10%) ) has bad behavior. Meanwhile, with the interview method from 49 other respondents, it was found that 32 respondents (65.30%) had good behavior, 9 respondents (18.40%) had bad behavior, and 8 respondents (16.30%) had bad behavior in applying the five moment hand. hygiene while in the hospital. Conclusion : In 98 respondents there are (48.0%) good knowledge, (37.70%) moderate knowledge, and (14.30%) poor knowledge. Hand hygiene practices carried out by students at the general clerk's level in five moments, (70.40%) with good implementation, (18.40%) are not good, and (11.20%) are bad in carrying out five moment hand hygiene at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital. In the use of two sampling methods, google form and direct interview, the results of knowledge and behavior towards the practice of maintaining hand hygiene are better on the use of google form when compared to sampling with direct interviews.
