Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ketidaksopanan pelanggan, stress kerja terhadap kejenuhan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dengan fenomena menunjukkan pelanggan XYZ masih merasakan layanan internet yang diberikan masih belum memuaskan dengan adanya keluhan-keluhan mengenai pelayanan./ This study aims at customer impoliteness, job stress on employee burnout and job satisfaction with the phenomenon showing XYZ customers still feel that the internet services provided are still unsatisfactory with complaints about service.
