Silviana Anggita Wijaya (01011180219) PERAN KEBIJAKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA DALAM MENGELOLA USAHANYA YANG MELIPUTI PERAN PERANTARA, SEMANGAT, DAN PRAKTIK DALAM KEWIRAUSAHAAN Tujuan dilakukannya peneliian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Entrepreneurship Policy (EPo) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Entrepreneurship Policy (EPo) terhadap Entrepreneurship Practice (EP), untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Entrepreneurship Policy (EPo) terhadap Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES), untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Entrepreneurship Practice (EPr) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah Entrepreneurship Practice (EPr) dapat memediasi pengaruh Entrepreneurship Policy (EPo) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES) dapat memediasi pengaruh Entrepreneurship Policy (EPo) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berdomisili di JABODETABEK. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Karena populasi penelitian tidak diketahui, maka besarnya sampel akan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode akar kuadrat terbalik, yaitu ukuran sampel minimum untuk penelitian yang menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS-SEM), yaitu 160 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan PLS SEM. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) berpengaruh terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) berpengaruh terhadap Entrepreneurship Practice (EPr), Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) berpengaruh terhadap Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES), Entrepreneurship Practice (EPR) berpengaruh terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES) berpengaruh terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), Entrepreneurship Practice (EPR) dapat memediasi pengaruh Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI) dan Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES) dapat memediasi pengaruh Entrepreneurship Poliicy (EPo) terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention (EI). This type of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study are students who live in JABODETABEK. The method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. Since the research population is unknown, the sample size will be determined using the inverse square root method, which is the minimum sample size for research using partial least squaresstructural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), which is 160 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research is PLS SEM. The results of this study are Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) has an effect on Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) has an effect on Entrepreneurship Practice (EPr), Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) has an effect on Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES), Entrepreneurship Practice (EPR) has an effect on on Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES) has an effect on Entrepreneurship Intention (EI), Entrepreneurship Practice (EPR) can mediate the influence of Entrepreneurship Policy (EPO) on Entrepreneurship Intention (EI) and Entrepreneurship Spirit (ES) can mediate the influence of Entrepreneurship Policy (EPo) to Entrepreneurship Intention (EI).
