Abstract

Kinerja bisnis dari para pelaku usaha UMKM makanan di DKI Jakarta selama masa pandemi mengalami penurunan yang sangat besar, oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turunnya kinerja bisnis tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari pengaruh dari faktor individu dan faktor lingkungan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan, pengaruh dari perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis, dan pengaruh faktor lingkungan terhadap faktor individu dan kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil subjek dari pelaku UMKM makanan di DKI Jakarta sebanyak 240 sampel dengan menggunakan metode non- probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil pengujian menemukan bahwa faktor individu memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan, faktor eksternal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap faktor individu, perilaku kewirausahaan, dan kinerja bisnis, dan perilaku kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal terutama yang berhubungan dengan pemerintah, memiliki peran yang sangat penting namun sayangnya para pelaku usaha UMKM makanan belum merasakan adanya kontribusi yang aktif dan konkrit dari pemerintah untuk membantu mereka di masa pandemi ini. / The business performance of food MSME business actors in DKI Jakarta during the pandemic experienced a very large decline, therefore research is needed on the factors that affect the decline in business performance. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of individual factors and environmental factors on entrepreneurial behavior, the influence of entrepreneurial behavior on business performance, and the influence of environmental factors on individual factors and business performance. This research was conducted by taking 240 samples from food MSME actors in DKI Jakarta using the non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique, with questionnaire data collection methods and data analysis using PLS-SEM. The test results found that individual factors have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior, external factors have a positive and significant influence on ind ivid ual f act ors, ent repreneurial behavior, and business perf ormance, and entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant influence on business performance. The results of the study show that external factors, especially those related to the government, have a very important role but unfortunately food MSME business actors have not felt an active and concrete contribution from the government to help them during this pandemic.
