Abstract
Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk. (Bank Dinar) is one of the companies engaged in finance which obtained business license as a commercial bank from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia on November 9, 1991. The scope of activities of Bank Dinar is to run general banking activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This study aims to determine the relationship of credibility of the leadership of the Director of Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk with employee loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk who are in the head office. The result of this research is there is influence between credibility of director of PT Bank Dinar Indonesia with employee loyality./ Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk. (Bank Dinar) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang keuangan yang memperoleh izin usaha sebagai bank umum dari Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 9 November 1991. Ruang lingkup kegiatan Bank Dinar adalah menjalankan kegiatan umum perbankan sesuai dengan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kredibilitas kepemimpinan direktur utama Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk dengan loyalitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk yang berada di kantor pusat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara kredibilitas kepemimpinan direktur PT Bank Dinar Indonesia dengan loyalitas karyawan.
