Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada PT. XYZ, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada PT. XYZ, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada PT. XYZ, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada PT. XYZ. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XYZ dengan jumlah sampel 92 orang. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability dengan teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang dipilih sebagai dasar pengambilan sampel dipenelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis SPSS diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada PT. XYZ. Manfaat yang dapat dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dari segi teoritis adalah menjadi salah satu sumber literatur yang dapat membantu peneliti selanjutnya untuk memahami lebih variabel pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai./ This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. XYZ, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT. XYZ, to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. XYZ, to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The population of this study were employees of PT. XYZ with a sample size of 92 people. The type of sampling used is non-probability with this sampling technique using purposive sampling which was selected as the basis for sampling in this study. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, and regression analysis. Based on the results of the SPSS analysis, it was found that there was an influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. XYZ. One of the benefits that can be generated from this research from a theoretical point of view is to become a source of literature that can help further researchers to understand more about the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance
