Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh positif Pengetahuan Penerus terhadap Inovasi Berkelanjutan, 2) pengaruh positif Kesedian Penerus terhadap Inovasi Berkelanjutan, 3) pengaruh positif Penerus (Pengetahuan dan Kesediaan) terhadap Inovasi Berkelanjutan yang dimoderasi Persetujuan Pemimpin Bisnis Keluarga. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Tangerang, Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan pemimpin, penerus, anggota keluarga, dan orang yang terlibat di dalam bisnis keluarga skala kecil sebagai responden penelitiannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui proeses kuesioner yang diberikan secara online dan datang langsung ke tempat bisnis keluarga itu berada. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling, dimana responden adalah bisnis keluarga skala kecil dan telah berdiri lebih dari 2 tahun di daerah Tangerang. Jumlah sampel pengumpulan data kuesioner diberikan kepada 160 responden dengan jumlah bisnis keluarga adalah 68. Analisis data statistik yaitu Structural Equation Modeling dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPls3. Hasil yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini 1) pengetahuan penerus mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap inovasi berkelanjutan, 2) kesediaan penerus mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap inovasi berkelanjutan, 3) hubungan penerus (pengetahuan dan kesediaan) tidak mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap inovasi berkelanjutan yang di moderasi oleh persetujuan pemimpin bisnis keluarga. Implikasi manajerial: perlu dilakukan pengenalan bisnis keluarga kepada penerus dengan dilakukan pengajaran serta pelatihan mengenai jalannya pengoperasian bisnis keluarga, penerus dapat memperisapkan desain kerangka pemikiran mereka sebagai jembatan antara pengetahuan penerus dengan inovasi berkelanjutan, meningkatkan kesediaan penerus melalui rasa memiliki dan keinginan memajukan bisnis keluarga. Keterbatasan penelitian: jumlah variabel yang mempengaruhi inovasi berkelanjutan di dalam bisnis keluarga, keterbatasan jumlah sampel, penerus yang belum matang, literatur yang belum lengkap sebagai referensi, kondisi lapangan karena pandemi. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya: menambah variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini, memperbanyak jumlah sampel, mencari penerus yang matang dalam pengolahan bisnis, dan memnambah lebih banyak lagi literatur pendukung. / The purposes of this study to determine the effect of 1) positive effect successors knowledge on sustainable innovation, 2) positive effect successors willingness on sustainable innovation, 3) positive effect successors (knowledge ang willingness) on sustainable innovation moderated by family business leaders approval. This study took place at Tangerang, West Java using leaders, successors, family members, and people who involved in small scale family business as the research respondents. The method used in this study is quantitative method, collecting data through a questionnaire process that is given online and came to the palace where the family business located. The data collection technique used a non-probability sampling technique, where the respondents were small family business scale and more than two years of family business in Tangerang. The numbers of samples for questionnaire data collected was given to 160 respondents with 68 family business as participants. Statistical data analysis is Structural Equation Modelling where data process uses SmartPLS3 software. The results obtained from this study 1) successors knowledge positively affect sustainable innovation, 2) successors willingness positively affect sustainable innovation, 3) successors (knowledge and willingness) does now positively affect sustainable innovation moderated by family business leaders approval. Managerial implications: it is necessary to introduce the family business to successors by conducting teaching and training regarding the operation of family business, successors can prepare their design framework as a bridge between successors knowledge and sustainable innovation, increase successors willingness through sense of belonging and desire to advance furthermore the family business. Limitations of the study: limited numbers of variables that affect sustainable innovation, limited numbers of samples, successor immaturity incomplete literature as reference, limited fields condition do to pandemic. Suggestions for future researchers: add other variables that are not used in this study, expand the numbers of samples, add criteria mature successor in managing family business, and add more supporting literature.
