Abstract

In this era of globalization, it’s vital to acknowledge that marketers need to acquire new strategies and approaches to stay relevant in the business industry. To be on top of the line, companies have to select which communication channels that suits them and implement the marketing strategies that has the most potential in maximizing its brand awareness and growth. With the advancement of social media, major companies and brand from all over the world are competing against each other in order to develop their online persona through numerous social media platforms. This paper highlights how Coinvestasi create their daily social media activities and marketing strategies, specifically in the area in which they are implementing a social media campaign as one of their strategies. The operational scope of the intern’s job is to create Coinvestasi daily social media content, research on influencers for social media campaign, and approach brand and media partnership for the campaign. Throughout the period of the campaign, Coinvestasi observed all the online activities that they have already completed and determine which one gives the most benefits and awareness to them. From this internship program, it can be concluded that the social media campaign managed to successfully contribute in raising the brand awareness of Coinvestasi and the overall growth of the company. / Di era globalisasi ini, sangat penting untuk menyadari bahwa pemasar perlu menciptakan strategi marketing dan pendekatan baru agar tetap relevan dalam industri bisnis. Guna menjadi yang terdepan, perusahaan harus memilih saluran komunikasi dan strategi pemasaran mana yang cocok sehingga dapat mereka terapkan, terutama yang memiliki potensi paling besar untuk memaksimalkan brand awareness dan pertumbuhan keseluruhan perusahaan itu tersebut. Dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan media sosial, banyak perusahaan dari seluruh dunia bersaing secara global untuk mengembangkan online persona mereka sendiri melalui berbagai macam platform media sosial. Makalah ini menyoroti bagaimana Coinvestasi menciptakan aktivitas media sosial dan strategi pemasaran yang mereka implementasikan, khususnya di bidang dimana mereka menerapkan kampanye media sosial sebagai salah satu strategi mereka. Lingkup operasional pekerjaan yang dilakukan pemagang adalah membuat konten media sosial untuk Coinvestasi, mencari influencer untuk kampanye media sosial, dan mengobservasi media serta brand partnership yang cocok untuk merepresentasikan kampanye yang dijalankan. Selama masa kampanye berlangsung, Coinvestasi mengamati seluruh aktivitas online yang telah mereka selesaikan agar dapat menentukan strategi mana yang memberikan dampak positif paling besar terhadap peningkatan brand awareness mereka. Dari program magang ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kampanye media sosial berhasil memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia terhadap Coinvestasi dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
