Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Mediasi Work Engagement Terhadap Hubungan antara Work-Family Conflict dan Workload Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Perawat RSUD XYZ Kabupaten Bogor. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis (hypothesis test). Data responden diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kuesioner dari perawat RSUD XYZ Kabupaten Bogor. Terdapat 160 sampel yang memenuhi syarat dan dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Work-Family Conflict dan Workload terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap Work Engagement, Supervisor Support terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement. Workload dan Work- Family Conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Work Engagement terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Work Engagement secara signifikan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap hubungan antara Workload, Work-Family Conflict dengan Turnover Intention. Terdapat sejumlah keterbatasan yang diikuti saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
