Abstract
Komunikasi organisasi memiliki level hierarki, salah satunya small group. Di dalam kelompok, tentunya membutuhkan komunikasi yang memiliki pola agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Pola komunikasi merupakan cara kerja suatu kelompok maupun individu dalam proses komunikasi untuk mempengaruhi komunikasi atau menyampaikan pesan. Keberlangsungan pola komunikasi yang diterapkan dalam sistem kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pola komunikasi leader dan staff dalam sistem kerja di Xing Fu Tang Palembang Icon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini terdapat data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan kunci, informan, dan informan ahli. Selain itu, data sekunder diperoleh dengan observasi peneliti, dokumentasi, dan sumber literatur. Wawancara dilakukan kepada store leader dan para staff dari Xing Fu Tang Palembang Icon. Sehingga peneliti mendapatkan hasil yang berkaitan dengan pola komununikadi dalam sistem kerja outlet. Kelima pola komunikasi yang ada, yaitu pola komunikasi lingkaran, roda, Y, rantai, dan semua saluran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk pola komunikasi antar leader dan staf dalam sistem kerja di Xing Fu Tang Palembang Icon. Di mana setiap individu yang terlibat dalam proses komunikasi, dapat memberikan pendapatnya masing-masing tanpa harus ada perantara. Konten pesannya pun dapat bersifat formal maupun informal. / Organizational communication has a hierarchical level, one of which is small groups. Within the group, of course, requires communication that has a pattern in order to achieve the expected goals. The pattern of communication is the way a group or individual works in the communication process to influence communication or convey messages. The continuity of the communication pattern applied in the work system. The purpose of this study was to find out how the communication patterns of leaders and staff in the work system at Xing Fu Tang Palembang Icon. This research uses an approach with case study research methods. The data in this study contained primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is done by exploring key informants, informants, and expert informants. In addition to the researcher, secondary data was obtained by observation, documentation, and literature sources. Interviews were conducted with store leaders and staff from Xing Fu Tang Palembang Icon. So that researchers get results related to the pattern of communication in the work outlet system. The five existing communication patterns are circle, wheel, Y, chain, and all channels. The results of this study indicate the form of communication patterns between leaders and staff in the work system at Xing Fu Tang Palembang Icon. Where every individual involved in the communication process can give their own opinion without having to have an intermediary. The content of the message can be formal or informal.
