Abstract
Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, efisiensi dituntut untuk semakin meningkat. Banyak aplikasi dan alat yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Salah satunya adalah proses pengelolaan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibuat dan disebarkan melalui satu aplikasi tertentu, sedangkan jawaban responden akan diolah pada aplikasi lain. Dengan hadirnya sistem informasi, aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut dapat saling dihubungkan melalui sebuah sistem yang terintegrasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem pengelolaan kuesioner yang terintegrasi menggunakan metodologi prototyping dan dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case, activity diagram dan class diagram. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan pengembangan full stack, dengan Angular sebagai framework pengembangan front-end, Express sebagai framework pengembangan back-end, serta MongoDB sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini berupa sistem pengelolaan kuesioner yang terintegrasi berbasis web, yang mencakup pembuatan dan diseminasi kuesioner, serta analisis validitas dan reliabilitas jawaban responden. Dengan demikian, proses pengelolaan kuesioner menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. / As technology develops, efficiency is required to increase. Many applications and tools are used to improve work efficiency. One of them is questionnaire management process. Questionnaires are created and distributed through one application, while respondents' answers will be processed in another application. With the presence of an information system, these activities can be interconnected through an integrated system, to increase work efficiency. This final project aims to design an integrated questionnaire management system using a prototyping methodology and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which includes use cases, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This final project uses full stack development, with Angular as a front-end development framework, Express as a back-end development framework, and MongoDB as a database management system. The result of this final project is a web-based integrated questionnaire management system, which includes the creation and dissemination of questionnaires, as well as analysis of the validity and reliability of respondents' answers. Thus, the questionnaire management process becomes more effective and efficient.
