Abstract
Gaya hidup urban atau “perkotaan” yang dapat menumbuhkan tingkat konsumsi pada bisnis rumah makan serta kedai kopi. Di ranah bisnis saat ini, usaha kopi siap minum atau kopi di dalam kemasan (gelas plastik maupun kaca) seperti yang dijual di gerai-gerai kopi masa kini terus mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh service quality dan brand image terhadap customer
satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada Toko Kopi Tuku. Peneliti melakukan analisa data dengan model pengukuran dan model struktural metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat SmartPLS 3.0.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner elektronik yaitu Google Forms. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 265 responden yang pernah membeli produk Toko Kopi Tuku di Indonesia yang berusia
di bawah 17 tahun sampai dengan lebih dari 40 tahun. Peneliti melakukan pengujian terhadap validitas, reliabilitas, multikolinearitas, dan pembentukan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel brand image, variabel service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap
variabel customer satisfaction, variabel service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel customer loyalty, variabel brand image memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel customer satisfaction, variabel brand image memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel customer loyalty, dan variabel customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel customer loyalty.
