Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility pada Consumer Loyalty melalui Consumer Perceived Value Studi pada pelanggan KFC di Wilayah Jakarta. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan survei dan pendekatan kausalitas. Data responden diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kuesioner dari pelanggan yang pernah dine in di KFC wilayah Jakarta. Terdapat 200 sampel yang memenuhi syarat dan dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara CSR terhadap trust dan perceived value. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara trust terhadap commitment dan perceived value. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara commitment terhadap perceived value dan loyalty. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived value terhadap satisfaction dan loyalty. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara satisfaction terhadap loyalty. Terdapat sejumlah keterbatasan yang diikuti saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
