Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur pengaruh waktu tunggu, kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Medika Lestari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit Medika Lestari, Tangerang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 212 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode analisis data dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu, kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Medika Lestari sedangkan waktu tunggu tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Medika Lestari.
