Abstract

Christian teacher performance is one of the important things to support schools to develop better in all aspects to glorify God. Christian teacher performance is influenced by factors or variables that are directly or indirectly related. This research aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, work environment, and work motivation on the Christian teacher performance. This research collected data from all teachers at XYZ Tangerang School as many as 52 people, consisting of homeroom teachers and subject teachers. The data processing technique used in this study is path analysis with a quantitative approach, data processing using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application program. The conclusions from the results of this study are (1) servant leadership has no effect on Christian teacher performance, (2) servant leadership has effect on work motivation, (3) work environment has effect on work motivation, (4) work environment has no effect on Christian teacher performance, and (5) work motivation has effect on Christian teacher performance. / Kinerja guru Kristen merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk mendukung sekolah berkembang semakin lebih baik dalam segala aspek untuk memuliakan Allah. Kinerja guru Kristen dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel yang berkaitan secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Kristen melalui pengambilan data kepada seluruh guru di Sekolah XYZ Tangerang yang terdiri dari guru kelas dan guru subyek dengan jumlah populasi 52 orang. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengolahan data menggunakan program aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) kepemimpinan pelayan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Kristen, (2) kepemimpinan pelayan memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, (4) lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Kristen, dan (5) motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Kristen.
