Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Digital dan Pengunaan Internet di Indonesia telah mempengaruhi kebiasaan individu dalam kegiatan pengumpulan informasi. Kegiatan tersebut disiasati melalui hadirnya media sosial Instagram sebagai salah satu wadah penyedia konten dengan segala macam fitur yang dimilikinya. Melihat peluang tersebut, Lembaga Pemerintahan turut ambil bagian dalam penggunaan media sosial Instagram dimana langkah tersebut merupakan salah satu inovasi dengan memaksimalkan Teknologi. Sudin Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, merupakan salah satu Lembaga Pemerintahan yang turut menyukseskan pemanfaatan inovasi perkembangan Teknologi. Melalui Instagram @damkarjakartatimur, Lembaga terkait telah melakukan kegiatan publikasi Konten dengan menggunakan fitur-fitur yang telah disediakan oleh Instagram. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan melalui perencanaan konten yang berlandaskan aspek-aspek edukatif, informatif dan tetap terhubung dengan khalayak publik. Adapun aktifitas perencanaan Konten tersebut dilakukan dengan strategi pemasaran konten, yakni dengan menggunakan beberapa elemen strategi kreatif seperti penyediaan konten Informasi Visual, Manajemen Konten dan Reputasi, Analisa Kebutuhan Konten, serta Mendengar dan Merespon. Strategi-strategi tersebut dilakukan dalam upaya menciptakan adanya Brand Awareness dari khalayak publik terhadap Sudin Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, melalui akun media sosial Instagram @damkarjakartatimur. / The development of digital technology and the use of the internet in Indonesia has influenced individual habits in information gathering activities. This activity is managed through the presence of social media Instagram as a content platform with all the features it has. Seeing this opportunity, Government Institutions take part in the use of social media Instagram where this step is one of the innovations by maximizing technology. The East Jakarta City Administration of Fire and Rescue Sub-Department is one of the government institutions that has contributed to utilizing the technological innovations. Through Instagram @damkarjakartatimur, the related institutions have carried out content publication activities using the features provided by Instagram. These activities are carried out through content planning based on educative, informative aspects and remains connected to the public audience. The content planning activities are published through content marketing strategy, by using several elements of creative strategies such as providing Visual Informations content, Content and Reputation Management, Analyze Content Needs, and Listening and Responding. These strategies are carried out in an effort to create Brand Awareness from the public towards the East Jakarta City Administration of Fire and Rescue, through Instagram account @damkarjakartatimur
