Abstract

Teacher Organizational Citizenship Behavior is one of important things to support every aspect in school and to make school grow in a better way and of course all of that are happen to glorify God’s name. Teacher Organizational Citizenship Behavior was influenced by both directly or indirectly factors. Some of the factor directly related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior are principal leadership, trust and interpersonal communication. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, trust and interpersonal communication to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The subject of the research is 50 teacher who teach at Lentera Harapan School in Curug Tangerang area. These research design used is path analysis with quantitative approach and the data will be processed the using SmartPLS. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that servant leadership has a positive effect on interpersonal communication, (2) trust has a positive effect on interpersonal communication, (3)servant leader has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (4) trust has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior and (5) interpersonal communication has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. / Organizational Citizenship Behavior guru merupakan salah satu hal yang berperan penting dalam mendukung setiap aspek di sekolah untuk berkembang ke arah yang lebih baik dan tentunya dilakukan untuk memuliakan nama Allah. Organizational Citizenship Behavior guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang berkaitan langsung maupun tidak langsung. Beberapa faktor yang berkaitan langsung adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kepercayaan dan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, trust dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 50 guru yang mengajar di sebuah Sekolah Lentera Harapan di daerah Curug, kabupaten Tangerang. Desain data penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan akan diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan (1) servant leader berpengaruh positif terhadap komunikasi interpersonal, (2) trust berpengaruh positif terhadap komunikasi interpersonal, (3) servant leader berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, (4) trust berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dan (5) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour.
