Abstract
Hybrid learning is held in order to respond to government directives re-garding steps to anticipate the Covid 19 outbreak. Public and private schools have started to stop learning in schools and have started implementing hybrid learning. The hybrid learning method can reduce students' learning motivation and student activity. This study aims to determine the effect of hybrid learning and learning motivation on student activity while at SMAK XYZ Jababeka. The subjects in this study were 100 students of class X and XI SMAK XYZ Jababeka. The research design used by the author is path analysis using a quantitative approach. The ques-tionnaire research instrument used was to measure hybrid learning, learning moti-vation, and student activity. The results of this quantitative study indicate that: hybrid learning has an effect on student activity in learning, hybrid learning has an effect on learning motivation, learning motivation has an effect on student activity at SMAK XYZ Jababeka./Pembelajaran hybrid learning diadakan dalam rangka menyingkapi arahan pemerintah terkait langkah mengantisipasi wabah Covid 19. Sekolah negeri dan swasta sudah mulai menghentikan pembelajaran disekolah dan mulai menerapkan pembelajaran hybrid learning. Hybrid learning dapat menurunkan motivasi belajar siswa dan keaktifan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hybrid learning dan motivasi belajar, terhadap keaktifan siswa selama di SMAK XYZ Jababeka. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 siswa kelas X dan XI SMAK XYZ Jababeka. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian kuesioner yang digunakan adalah mengukur hybrid learning, motivasi belajar, dan keaktifan siswa. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif ini menunjukkan bahwa hybrid learning berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran, hybrid learning berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, motivasi belajar ber-pengaruh terhadap keaktifan siswa di SMAK XYZ Jababeka.
