Abstract
An organization does not only require qualified employees, but also highly
committed ones, so that they can actively involve in advancing the organization.
Employees’ organizational commitment is related to many factors, including
servant leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. This study aims to
determine the effect of servant leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational
culture on employees’ organizational commitment. The research subjects were 80
employees who work in XYZ School in Jakarta, where organizational commitment
was identified in the employees. The design used in this study was path analysis
with a quantitative approach. The results showed that servant leadership, job
satisfaction, and organizational culture influenced positively to organizational
commitment. / Sebuah organisasi tidak hanya membutuhkan karyawan yang berkualitas,
namun juga berkomitmen tinggi, sehingga para karyawan dapat terlibat aktif dalam
memajukan organisasi tersebut. Komitmen organisasi pekerja dapat dipengaruhi
oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya kepemimpinan pelayan, kepuasan kerja, dan
budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh
kepemimpinan pelayan, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen
organisasi pekerja. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 80 karyawan yang bekerja di
Sekolah Swasta XYZ di Jakarta, dimana teridentifikasi karyawan-karyawan yang
berkomitmen di dalamnya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur
dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
kepemimpinan pelayan, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi
komitmen organisasi secara positif.
