Abstract
Servant leadership can be effectively practiced if the leader is able to make
the right decisions in all conditions and situations. Servant leadership and job
satisfaction affect teachers' intrinsic motivation, that influences teacher
performance in schools. The purpose of this research is to determine the positive
influence of servant leadership, job satisfaction and intrinsic motivation on
teacher performance. This quantitative research, has 31 respondents. Data
processed using Smart-PLS, by path analysis and descriptive statistical methods.
The results of the study are (1) servant leadership positively effect on intrinsic
motivation, (2) job satisfaction has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, (3)
intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance, (4) servant
leadership has a positive effect on performance teachers, and (5) job satisfaction
has a positive effect on teacher performance. / Kepemimpinan yang melayani dapat efektif dijalankan jika pemimpin mampu
mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam segala kondisi dan situasi. Kepemimpinan
yang melayani dan kepuasan kerja berperan untuk motivasi intrinsik guru
sehingga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kepemimpinan yang
melayani, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian
ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 31
responden. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis)
Smart-PLS dan metode statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh
kesimpulan (1) kepemimpinan yang melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap
motivasi intrinsik, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi
intrinsik, (3) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, (4)
kepemimpinan yang melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, dan (5)
kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.
