Abstract

Pemasaran adalah kontributor signifikan bagi kelangsungan hidup bisnis apa pun, terutama di usaha kecil dan menengah, karena berurusan dengan kegiatan komersial yang menciptakan nilai untuk mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan menerjemahkan nilai itu menjadi keuntungan pada tahap akhir transaksi penjualan. Di media sosial perusahaan dapat menjangkau audiens target mereka dengan mudah dan dengan biaya rendah. media sosial sangat berperan dalam strategi pemasaran. Untuk itu, setiap perusahaan perlu untuk merencanakan pemasaran agar dapat menguasai pangsa pasar. Pelaksanaan magang di PT Gemilang Jaya Prestasi ini, pemagang berharap diberikan kesempatan melakukan pengembangan strategi pemasaran penjualan produk dan jasa secara digital dengan melalui media sosial seperti Instagram sebagai sarana komunikasi dan promosi untuk konsumen yang selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan serta dilakukan dengan memperhatikan banyak faktor yang berorientasi pada pelanggan akan menghasilkan hubungan yang lebih baik antara perusahaan dan pelanggannya. Selama berlangsungnya kegiatan magang, Pemagang telah mendapatkan berbagai ilmu baru terkait marketing plan dalam mendukung Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) yang telah dipraktekkannya secara langsung selagi melakukan kegiatan magang di Hi Jakarta Production. Pemagang telah mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan RACE model sebagai model penerapan marketing plan, yaitu dibuat untuk membantu pemasar digital merencanakan dan mengelola aktivitas mereka dengan cara yang lebih terstruktur karena terbukti banyak yang tidak memiliki strategi pemasaran digital yang matang. Selain itu, Hi Jakarta Production juga menerapkan marketing plan melalui media social Instagram untuk melakukan aktivitas posting konten di dalam akun Instagram @hijakartaproduction./ Marketing is a significant contributor to the viability of any business, especially in small and medium-sized businesses, as it deals with value-creating commercial activities to gain customer satisfaction and translate that value into profits at the final stage of the sales transaction. On social media companies can reach their target audience easily and at low cost. Social media plays a very important role in marketing strategy. For this reason, every company needs to plan marketing in order to dominate market share. Implementing this internship at PT Gemilang Jaya Prestasi, the intern hopes to be given the opportunity to develop a marketing strategy for selling products and services digitally through social media such as Instagram as a means of communication and promotion for consumers that is in line with the company's goals and is carried out by taking into account many factors that are oriented towards customers will result in a better relationship between the company and its customers. During the internship, the Apprentice has gained various new knowledge related to the marketing plan which he has practiced directly while doing his internship at Hi Jakarta Production. The interns already know how to use the RACE model as a model for implementing a marketing plan, which is designed to help digital marketers plan and manage their activities in a more structured way because it is evident that many do not have a mature digital marketing strategy. In addition, Hi Jakarta Production also implements a marketing plan through Instagram social media to carry out content posting activities on the @hijakartaproduction Instagram account.
