Abstract

Rumah sakit swasta bersaing dengan cara mengupayakan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan konsumennya. Untuk menang dari persaingan antar rumah sakit, mereka bersaing untuk menjadi lebih baik satu dengan lainnya serta tetap memelihara citra rumah sakit sebaik mungkin dan terus menerus mengembangkan inovasi-inovasi untuk menjaga mutu pelayanan yang diberikan. Menyediakan mutu pelayanan yang baik sangatlah berkaitan atau sangatlah bergantung pada sumber daya manusia. Perawat merupakan salah satu sumber daya kunci dalam pelayanan rumah sakit karena mereka yang berhadapan langsung dengan pasien dan keluarga pasien. Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit swasta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat non-eksperimental dengan menggunakan data primer di rumah sakit swasta yang berada di DKI Jakarta tepatnya di Kotamadya Jakarta Selatan pada bulan Mei 2022 . Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan PLS-SEM. Terdapat 170 responden yang melakukan pengisian kuesioner. Menurut hasil penelitian stres kerja,memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja mememiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Perlunya menyadari dan melakukan identifikasi stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja perawat melalui survei berkala agar dapat dilakukan upaya yang maksimal dalam menjamin mutu pelayan di rumah sakit./ Private hospitals compete by seeking quality services that can meet the various needs of their consumers. To win from the competition between hospitals, they compete to be better with each other while maintaining the image of the hospital as best as possible and continuously developing innovations to maintain the quality of services provided. Providing good service quality is closely related or highly dependent on human resources. Nurses are one of the key resources in hospital services because they are the ones who deal directly with patients and their families. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, job satisfaction, and work motivation on the performance of nurses in private hospitals. This research is a research with a quantitative approach that is non-experimental using primary data in a private hospital located in DKI Jakarta, precisely in the Municipality of South Jakarta in May 2022 . The data obtained will be analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics using PLS-SEM. There is 170 respondents who filled out the questionnaire. According to the results of research work stress has negative influence on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction and work motivation have an positive influence on the performance of nurses in hospitals. It is necessary to be aware of and identify work stress, job satisfaction, work motivation and nurse performance through periodic surveys so that maximum efforts can be made in ensuring the quality of service in hospitals.
